Benefits of Karate for Adolescents
Karate is an efficient method of self-defence, which also leads to improved cardiovascular and muscular strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Other benefits include: stress management, and strengthen patience, determination and courage.
All students can also further challenge their skills by participating in regional and provincial competitions (Insert link to the competitions page). There are also opportunities to become a competition coach or a competition judge.
Program for Adolescents Elites
The advanced program provides students (brown and black belts) with the opportunity to learn and apply advanced self-defence, katas and combat skills. The advanced program is structured to provide a challenging environment in a safe manner, in an Elite competitive training.
