Karate is a martial art that places an emphasis on the use of arms and legs to be able to defend ourselves; however, karate is more than self-defence: it helps you with confidence, respect and discipline and is also a great way stay in shape. Karate also helps to strengthen your mental concentration and focus while learning new techniques and movements.
Training as a family is a fun way to exercise together and to stay connected with your children. This program, is offered once a week for beginners up to green belts. Once a higher level of karate has been reached, students are able to train in the advanced classes to further develop their full potential.
A family that trains together sticks together!
