Hi gang! The October KTK Kettlebell challenge has only a few days left… and your participation has been great!
200 kettlebell swings a day for every day of the month. That’s 6200 swings! WOOHOO! By now, many of you have noticed significant changes: you are getting stronger, getting leaner, better cardio, etc. In class, you’re swinging bigger weights, working with longer sets and combining swings with other exercises. (YAY burpees!) Keep up your energy, keep up your enthusiasm, and let’s blast through this last weekend. If you set a goal at the beginning of this month, let’s see what you need to do to meet it by month’s end.
